Our Beliefs
JESUS CHRIST
Jesus Christ is at the center of everything. We believe that Jesus is the only one who can reconcile us to God. He lived a sinless and exemplary life, died on the cross, and rose again to prove His victory over death and empower us for life. We believe that Jesus Christ is the only hope for healing the whole person, reconciling and restoring our relationship with God, each other, and creation. We believe that Jesus Christ is coming back again as He promised.
THE TRINITY
We believe in one eternal God who is the Creator of all things. He exists in three Persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. He is totally loving and completely holy.
THE BIBLE
We believe that the Bible is the Word of God, giving us all we need to know about how to be saved.
SIN
We believe that we are all sinners by both nature and act, and need God’s forgiveness and cleansing.
THE RECONCILIATION
We believe that, in order to receive forgiveness and a fresh start with God, we must repent (turn away from our sins) and trust Christ to accept us.
THE CHURCH
We believe that the Church is the active Body of Christ in the world today. It is called together by the Holy Spirit, through the Word, for the purpose of fulfilling God’s plan for the world until Christ returns.

WHOLENESS
We believe that God desires to redeem every part of humanity. On this journey, we believe that Christ is the only hope for healing the whole person, reconciling and restoring our relationship with God, each other, and creation.
TRUTH

PRAYER
We believe that people can communicate directly with the Living God. We choose to promote an environment in which prayer pervades everything we do.
COMMUNITY
We believe that life is intended to be lived in authentic community. We will purposefully live in genuine, loving relationships with each other.
MERCY
We believe that the church is God’s ongoing presence in the world. Our hearts should break for what breaks the heart of God, compelling us to fight injustice and to serve others compassionately.
CULTURE
We believe that the Jesus understood and engaged people where they were on their unique journey. We desire to see people as God sees them, as those who bear the image of God regardless of their cultural perspective and background.
INFLUENCE
We believe that Jesus was intentional about raising up servant leaders. Therefore, we will be intentional about training and equipping followers of Christ to impact our families, community, and world.
